This is a game designed to enter a game jam. The main requirements are that:

Credits for resources located inside the game.

Note: The browser version will not right efficiently at all. Please seriously consider downloading Mini Micro.

The web version also takes awhile to load, but be patient. It will load.

This game runs on Mini Micro. For the best experience for non-Windows operating systems:

Download Mini Micro from https://miniscript.org/MiniMicro/index.html#download
Download user.minidisk from this page
Replace the user.minidisk that comes with Mini Micro with the one you downloaded from here.
Start Mini Micro

The web version is severely underpowered.

For Windows, a prepackaged version has been uploaded:

Download AXR_100_1_WinRelease.zip and extract the contents to a sensible directory (not "program files" or your temp directory for example).
If you want to run it in a window in its native settings, run AXR100_1.exe.
If you want to run it fullscreen, run AXR100_1_fullscreen.cmd.
If you choose to run it fullscreen, you must use Alt+F4 to quit. The Exit option in the menu is to quit to the host environment, but there is no way for the menu system to quit the host environment itself.
